For 48 years, we've specialized in restoring the surfaces Tampa Bay Area properties are built on terrazzo, marble, travertine, concrete, and the pavers and hardscaping that complete a property's outdoor spaces. As Tampa Bay Area's trusted terrazzo and stone restoration contractors, we've built five genuine specialties rather than treating stone and concrete care as one generic service.
We started with terrazzo the material that defines so much of Tampa Bay Area's mid-century housing stock and expanded into marble, travertine, concrete, and hardscaping because the same homes and properties that needed terrazzo restoration almost always needed care for these other surfaces too. Rather than referring that work out, we built the in-house expertise to handle all of it, at the same standard of craftsmanship, under one roof.
Real terrazzo is poured stone. It doesn't peel, rot, or get torn out every decade. We restore its natural character using mechanical diamond grinding revealing the true luster hidden within.
Real terrazzo is poured stone. It doesn't peel, rot, or get torn out every decade.
No waxes or coatings. The shine is the stone itself, revealed through grinding and polishing.
The natural variation in every chip and vein is part of its beauty.
Broken pieces made whole again, with a craft passed down since 1978.
Our approach
No waxes or coatings. The shine is the stone itself, revealed through grinding and polishing. Where we seal, we use breathable penetrating sealers that protect the stone from within and never sit on the surface.
A crack, stain, or dull patch gets identified for its actual cause before we recommend a service.
Terrazzo aggregate-matching, marble etching correction, travertine's filled-vs-unfilled distinction, and concrete's crack-injection chemistry are all genuinely different skills.
Moisture testing, breathable sealers, and UV-appropriate products, not generic techniques borrowed from other regions.
Not every project needs a full restoration, and we scope honestly rather than upselling.
